Choice of 2 Tumour Marker Tests as part of this package:
- Pancreas (CA 19.9): Blood test to screen for pancreatic and biliary tract cancers, as well as colorectal, gastric, hepatocellular, oesophageal, and ovarian cancer
- Prostate (PSA): A blood test to screen for prostate cancer in males
- Ovaries (CA125): A blood test to screen for ovarian cancer in females
- Testis (Beta HCG): A blood test to screen for testicular cancer in men
- Breast (CA 15.3): A blood test to screen for breast cancer
- Nose (EBV EA-IgA): A blood test to detect antibodies to the Epstein-Barr virus, to screen for Nasopharyngeal cancer
Choice of 1 Ultrasound/X-ray as part of this package:
- Ultrasound Prostate: To screen for signs of prostate cancer
- Ultrasound Breasts: To identify cysts, solid masses, abscesses, lymph nodes that may be indicative of breast cancer (may be recommended with a mammogram)
- Ultrasound Pelvis: To detect abnormalities including endometrial conditions and fibroid tumours within the female pelvis
- Ultrasound Abdomen: To detect abnormalities in abdominal organs (kidneys, liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, pancreas, spleen, abdominal aorta), for conditions such as kidney stones, liver disease and tumours
- Ultrasound Thyroid: To detect abnormalities in the throat and neck, to screen for for thyroid cancers
- Mammogram: To screen for breast cancer by detecting changes and abnormalities in breast tissue (recommended for women over 40, or those with a history of cancer)
