This add-on package (or a part thereof) is included in our health screening tier(s): Pine and Sequoia.

To book this independently of an Executive Health Screening, a doctor’s referral or request form is required. If you do not have either, please consult a General Practitioner (GP) or your Specialist doctor to obtain the necessary referral.

Don’t Have a Referral? Schedule a consultation with our in-house GP at DA Orchard MedSuites ($65 Consultation Fee) for expert medical advice and guidance tailored to your unique health needs, including a referral if deemed suitable. The fee encompasses both the initial consultation and a post-checkup review (where applicable).

Note: If the total time required for your add-on tests exceeds your scheduled health screening duration, it may be necessary to schedule these tests on a separate day.
