Originally from Indonesia, Patria has made Singapore her home for many years, finding a balance that allows her to thrive both professionally and personally.

Patria’s approach to wellness is about finding a balance between taking care of herself, doing meaningful work that she loves and living a full life. She believes that staying active is a crucial part of that balance, embracing a lifestyle where exercising and moving her body is a joyful part of everyday life. Patria doesn’t shy away from talking about the changes that come with being in her 40s. “It’s important to understand your body’s state now, then you know what to do and how to make plans for your health,” she explains. “Entering perimenopause, the struggle is real,” she admits. “It’s not just about hot flashes and mood swings, but also about feeling like your body is changing. It’s important to know your body’s state so you can make plans for your health.” That’s why she believes in the importance of regular health screenings. She explores different supplements and exercises, experimenting and being mindful of her own well-being to figure out what works best for her.
Patria’s story proves that achieving a balanced lifestyle is possible, even while navigating the demands of a career and motherhood.
