Maddy finds time for self-care and wellness in ways that are both practical and enjoyable. “I don’t really exercise regularly, but I try to incorporate movement into my day, like walking more,” she shares. “I also make an effort to stand more than I sit and use the stairs at my office.” Maddy even jokes about her habit of carrying multiple bags wherever she goes, calling it her version of “strength training.”

She’s a firm believer in the power of supplements. “I feel more energetic than the 20-somethings in my office,” she laughs. “I take a mix of supplements, including ones that help with perimenopausal symptoms like bloating and hot flashes.
