Wellness Dialogues with Nixalina

Living in Singapore for the past eight years, Nixalina has made a name for herself as a relatable and inspiring figure sharing her life through her blog and instagram page, and her opinions and advice on dating and sex on her podcast, Can’t Keep My Mouth Shut. 

A self-confessed party lover,  she enjoys the club scene, dining out and indulging in her favourite foods, from juicy steaks to hearty pastas. Often seen with a pint of beer in hand, she embraces her love for beer with the enthusiasm of a true Brit.

Yet, she manages to incorporate wellness into her vibrant lifestyle.

Her wellness philosophy centres on enjoying life while maintaining healthy habits. She walks daily to and from work, adding an extra dose of physical activity to her routine. When she isn’t partying or working, you might also find her playing netball games and tournaments with her team at the Wanderers Netball Club or taking long treks through parks where she soaks in the tranquillity and connection with nature.

Admitting she’s not a morning person, she prefers to enjoy her mornings with a cup of coffee and a journaling session. This quiet time helps her set the tone for the day, grounding her amidst her busy schedule.
